ATLANTA, Ga. – Oglethorpe Head Coach Jim Owen‘s 27th season with women’s golf saw more broken records and high finishes.
The fall season was highlighted by a fifth-place finish at Rhodes’ Joe and Lee Duncan Invitational after an individual win from Elizabeth Powell. Spring began with a 14th-place finish in the Berry Invitational and was highlighted by a third-place finish at Camp Lejuene. With that third-place finish, the Petrels broke the school record for 54-hole scoring after totaling 908.
Powell finished third individually, followed by Sophia Morettini in ninth, Abrianna Carstens in 13th, and Katie Sulko in 15th. The Petrels then finished fourth at the Southern Athletic Association Championships as Powell finished eighth individually followed by Morettini in ninth, then Sulko and Grace Daech were T20.

- Morettini: All-SAA second team.
- Coach Owen: Petey Award for Women’s Team Coach of the Year.

Team Notes
- Six freshmen made their debut: Sulko, Chasity Cloud, Madison Davis, Morgan McKenzie, Joyanna Rainey and Alexis Sinutko.
- The team graduated one senior: Morettini.
- This was assistant coach Mark Random‘s fourth season and coaches Ana Garcia (’20), Rus Rainey and Gary King‘s first season.

- Powell: First at the Joe and Lee Duncan Invitational, the first win of her career.
- Morettini: Ninth at Camp Lejeune and the SAA Championship.
- Carstens: 10th at the Joe and Lee Duncan Invitational.
- Sulko: 15th at Camp Lejeune.
- Daech: 20th at the SAA tournament.
- Hannah Erwig: 56th at the Joe and Lee Duncan Invitational.
- Davis: 13th at the Jekyll Island Invitational.
- Rainey: 14th at the Jekyll Island Invitational.
- McKenzie: 29th at the Joe and Lee Duncan Invitational.
- Sinutko: 15th at Camp Lejuene.
