ALPHARETTA, GA. ---  It took five extra holes, but Jeff Belk of Alpharetta and Robert Sheats of Atlanta outlasted the duo of Billy Mitchell of Roswell and Chris Waters of Atlanta to win the Georgia Four-Ball Championship.
