HOOVER, Ala. – Kennesaw State women’s golf finished in 11th place after finishing a suspended Round 2 from the previous day on Tuesday before its full final round of 18 at the Hoover Invitational.
The Owls officially posted a 55-over par score of 919 at the Hoover Country Club – home course of UAB.
Scorecard
Alessandra Nagayo led the way, turning in 7-over 75-69-79 to finish 21st on the tournament. Nagayo’s 3-under 69 in Round 2 led all Owls for the event.
Nyah Kelly continued to improve each round, carding a 1-over 73 to finish the week after being 2-over in Round 2. She finished 8-over par for the tournament to place tied for 22nd overall.
Ladina Luder competed as an individual, starting off strong with a 2-over par first round and a 1-over par second round. She turned in a 9-over par 81 in Round 3 to finish tied for 34th overall.
Sabrina Kim (77-78-79) and Jackie Jang (82-79-80) finished 18-over (t-47th) and 22-over par (t-66th) for the tournament, respectively, while Hannah Cheryl Alan finished 76th. Natasha Korman joined Luder in competing as an individual and tied Alan (76th).

Kennesaw State continues its fall schedule next week on Sept. 22-23 when it travels to East Lansing, Mich. for the Mary Fossum Invitational, hosted by Michigan State.
