The Georgia PGA Junior Tour held recent tournaments at Georgia Southern GC, Chattahoochee GC and Coosa CC.
At Georgia Southern: Davis Smith of Dalton and Eli Scott of Hartwell shared the boys overall titles with scores of 156. Smith won the 15-18 age group by three over Dalton’s Allen Behr and Scott was the 14-15 winner by two over Gainesville’s Thacher Neal. In the 11-13 division, Alex Colligan of Evans won at 153, one shot ahead of Bruce Murphy of Johns Creek. Rachel Wohn of Savannah was the girls 15-18 winner at 180.
At Chattahoochee: Gavin Noble of Ringgold shot 71-72—143 to win the boys overall and 14-15 divisions. Carter Pendley of Dalton, Jackson Quarles of Dalton and Candler Murphy of Brunswick and Scott tied for 2nd at 147 in 14-15. Davis Kirk of Dalton and Bartley Forrester of Gainesville tied for 1st in 15-18 at 148, one shot ahead of Grant Crowell of Watkinsville. Murphy shot 73-72—145 to win the 11-13 age group by one over Blake Parkman of Cumming. Carson Roberts of Dalton was the girls winner at 76-76—152.
At Coosa: Kennesaw’s Connor Rostowsky shot a pair of 4-under 68s to win the boys division by two. Noble was 2nd overall and won the 14-15 age group at 69-71—140, five ahead of Pendley. Jordan Long of Stockbridge was 2nd in 16-18 at 72-69—141, with Rome’s Justin Kim, Alpharetta’s Dario Ayala and Kennesaw’s Brock Nixon 3rd at 143. Kiira Rihijarvi of Rome shot 71-72—143 to edge Louise Yu of Duluth by one in the girls division.
Results of recent events on the Southeastern Junior Tour:
At Country Club of Columbus: Isabel Rijos of Columbus shot 75-70—145 to win the girls division by 11 over Megan Sabol of Martinez. Davis Kirk lost in a playoff in boys 16-19 at 74-71—145, with Daniel Davis of Columbus 4th at 147. Sam Barrett of Thomasville was the boys 12-13 winner by four with scores of 72-77—149.
At Glen Arven in Thomasville: Barrett moved up to the 14-15 age group and won both that division and the boys overall title with scores of 76-71—147. Daniel McKenzie of Atlanta was 2nd in 14-15 at 149, with Ben Carr of Columbus 3rd at 150. Tyler Hanson of Albany and Seong Lee of Leesburg tied for 2nd in 16-19 at 150. Sackett Carr of Columbus was 2nd in the 12-13 age group at 160, one behind the winner. Rijos and Elizabeth Funderburk of Moultrie tied for 1st among the girls with scores of 154.
At the UGA course in Athens: Dougan Annan of Avondale Estates was the boys winner with a 68 in a rain-shortened event. He won the 16-19 division, with Barrrett 1st in 14-15 with a 69. Davis Brainard of Dunwoody was 2nd in 16-19 at 71, with Grant Sutliff and Preston Topper, both of Suwanee, tying for 2nd in 14-15 at 73. Louise Yu was the girls winner at 73.
At the Auburn (Ala.) University course, Davis was the boys 16-19 winner in a playoff after shooting 71-73—144. Rijos was 3rd in girls 15-19 at 149, with Sanders Hinds of Midland 2nd in girls 12-14 at 177.
At Callaway Gardens: Hanson shot 70 and won boys 16-19 in a rain-shortened event in a playoff. David Bartch of Peachtree City and Annan tied for 3rd at 72. Carr shot 72 and won a playoff in the 14-15 age group over Topper. Liam Shinn of Norcross shot a 71 in boys 12-13 but lost in a playoff. Charles Kyle of Atlanta was 3rd at 72. Alejandra Ayala of Alpharetta was the girls winner by 1 with a 70.

At Canongate GC: Alex Ross of Atlanta shot 148 to win boys 15-18 by two over Takafumi Shimoji of Suwanee and Preston Wagaman of Martinez. Gavin Noble was the 13-14 winner at 150, two ahead of Peachtree City’s Luigi Phillips. Andrew Garger of Sharpsburg shot 153 and won the 12-13 age group by 13. Ivy Shepherd of Peachtree City was the girls winner by one at 147. Abigail Bolt of Canton was 3rd at 150.
At Glencoe, Ala.: Kiira Rohijarvi was the girls winner at 155, with Sophia Kalusche of Rome 2nd at 159. Robert Alan Lyle of Ringgold shot 166 to win boys 11-12 and Lindsey Cordell of Rome was 2nd in boys 13-14, one behind the winner.
At Canongate-on-White Oak: Joshua Grenville-Wood of Peachtree City shot 72-68—140 to win boys 15-18 by two over Ross. Shinn won the 13-14 age group by six over Jason Quinlan of Cumming, shooting 68-73—141. Houston Lawson of Peachtree City was the 11-12 winner at 157. Bolt shot 71-70—141 to win girls 15-18, with Buford’s Skylar Thompson 2nd at 148. Liza Eubanks of Peachtree City shot 166 to win the 11-14 division.
At Myrtle Beach, S.C.: Kalusche shot 70-73–143 to win girls 15-18 by 11 over Rihijarvi, with Shimoji losing a playoff in boys 15-18 after shooting 71-71—142.
At Jekyll Island’s Indian Mounds course: Cason Cavalier of St. Simons was the boys 11-12 winner with a 158 total, with Harry Jones of Augusta 2nd at 150 in the 13-14 age group, two behind the winner. Kaysie Harrelson of Tifton tied for 2nd in girls 15-18 at 157.
At Montgomery, Ala.: Davis Smith of Dalton shot 72-71—143 and was the boys 15-18 winner by two. Luke Dasher of Macon was 2nd in 13-14 at 149, with Faith Scott of Columbus the girls 11-14 winner at 172.
At Bentwater GC: Hunter Fry of Dacula was the boys 15-18 winner at 147, three ahead of B. Davis Smith of Johns Creek. Noble shot 152 and won the 13-14 division in a playoff over Dacula’s Shyam Joshi. Liam Shinn was 3rd at 154. Jake Peacock of Alpharetta shot 71-73—144 and won the 11-12 age group by 13. The girls 15-18 winner was Diana Liu of Johns Creek, with Jordyn Sims of Berkeley Lake 2nd at 159. Duluth’s Sara Im was the 11-14 winner by seven at 162.
