Incoming freshman and Marietta, Ga., native to join GRU Augusta for the 2014-15 season
AUGUSTA, Ga. – GRU Augusta men’s golf head coach Jack O’Keefe is pleased to announce incoming freshman John Yi, as the most recent signee to the Jaguar Golf program who will compete in the 2014-15 season.
“John is a very talented player who will have a chance to play immediately for us,” O’Keefe said. “He is a solid ball striker from tee to green, but the best part of his game is his short game. John will fit in nicely with our guys on the team and will be a great asset for us on the course and in the classroom.”
