JACKSONVILLE, FL– The Hurricane Junior Golf Tour (HJGT) is excited to be coming back to Georgia during the 2015 season. The HJGT hosts over 190 tournaments per year throughout the country. The HJGT is the largest junior golf tour in the country and has been in operation for 8 years. The tour offers players between the ages of ages of 11-18 opportunities to earn national exposure while playing at premier venues. Georgia juniors will have the opportunity to compete on the national stage against players from all over the country.
The HJGT will be stopping at the Royal Lakes Golf and Country Club in Flowery Branch, Georgia on Saturday June 27th-28th for the Royal Lakes Jr. Open. This event will have guaranteed AJGA Performance Stars at stake regardless of field size for specific age division. Junior Golf Scoreboard Rankings will be at stake and top 10 finishers will receive points towards year-end honors. Players can register as a member or non-member for this event.
