Quotable from coach Emily Kuhfeld:
“Well, our first two events back-to-back are completed for the fall season. These were two great golf courses and strong fields. With our young team, we are already seeing some growth after six rounds of tournament golf.”
“Ella had a more consistent ball striking and scoring event this week, and her confidence is beginning to re-emerge. We have a few days before Jacksonville and will be working on our short games and resilience.”
Next up, Georgia Southern returns to action at the Jacksonville Classic Oct. 2.
