MACON, Ga. – The Georgia State women’s golf team concluded the fall season on Tuesday by finishing tied for fifth at the Mercer Invitational at the Brickyard Golf Club.
Senior Ari Acuff led the Panthers with a 15th place finish at 10-over par following a final round 79.
Junior Mahina Leveau led Georgia State in the final round with a 2-over par 74 to jump up 11 spots on the leaderboard and into a tie for 23rd.
Georgia State shot a final round 306 to finish tied with Southern Miss at 46-over par. Host Mercer took home the team title at 18-over par. Mercer’s Tracy Rodriguez was the only golfer to break par for the 54-hole event and earned low medalist honors at 3-under par.
