BELLEAIR, Fl. — Freshman Trinity Beth carded a 3-over 73 to put the Georgia women’s golf team at a 46-over 886 finish in the final round of stroke play at the SEC Women’s Golf Championships at Pelican Golf Club. The SEC Championships featured a field with half of the top-10 and 10 of the top-25 teams in the nation within the league.
Five Fast Facts
• Georgia shot 20-over par in round three of the tournament, placing 15th overall.
• In addition to Beth’s 73, Karoline Tuttle followed her with a 74. Maria Eidhagen Harrouch finished with a 76, while Sydney Givens and Gabriella Albert scored a 77 and 79, respectively.
•Beth shot even par on the back side of the course, sinking two birdies on holes 12 and 14.
• Beth led the Bulldogs on the individual leaderboard at 44th. Tuttle placed 60th, while Albert placed 69th. Givens and Eidhagen Harrouch landed in 72nd and 74th.
• The Florida Gators finished in first place, with Texas and Oklahoma sharing the second. The top-8 teams on the leaderboard will be seeded into a match play bracket to determine the SEC Champion.
