Green Acres was established in 1968 by a group of ten local golfers and citizens who wanted to have a golf course close to their home. The original Green Acres was a 9-hole course. All local golfers had been traveling many miles to play golf. The second 9-holes were added in 1997. Green Acres is approximately 153 acres of beautiful tall Georgia pine trees. Live oak trees are also plentiful here in the Middle Georgia area. Our golf course offers a real challenge to the duffer as well as to the seasoned golfer.
Total yardage at Green Acres is 6,454 from the gold tees and down to 4,902 from the red tees.
