ATLANTA, Ga. — Oglethorpe sophomore Jackson Hiller has been named to the 2025 Division III PING All-Region team, announced the NCAA in coordination with the GCAA at the annual awards banquet Sunday evening.
Hiller earned the honor after an outstanding season where he ranks No. 18 heading into the NCAA Division III Men’s Golf Championships. He made the Southern Athletic Association All-Conference first team after shooting 5 under par at the conference event. It was good for fourth overall and marked Hiller’s fourth time this season finishing in the top 10 of an event.
Other top-10 finishes for Hiller this season included a win at the West Pines Collegiate back in October and a fifth-place finish at the Flower City Preview in September. The latter was held at the site of the upcoming national championships and served as the preview for the national event.
Hiller’s adjusted stroke average this season is 71.1 after 29 rounds. He boasts a W-L-T record of 815-125-27.
Hiller heads the lineup of Stormy Petrels set to tee off at their 24th consecutive NCAA Championships Tuesday morning. Oglethorpe plays the first 18 holes at Midvale Country Club in Penfield, New York, beginning at 8:35 a.m.
